Adam Conway
Co-Founder
Adam has over a decade of experience across the UK property market, working his way up from Trainee Negotiator to Director of Business Development across land, residential, commercial, agency and development — negotiating over £100 million in sales and rentals throughout his career.
He has built an extensive network across the industry, with experience partnering alongside leading firms including Savills, CBRE, Colliers, JLL, Strettons, Allsop and Avison Young, developing strong relationships with vendors and investors nationwide.
Originally from Essex and now based in North West London, Adam is a passionate Spurs supporter. Outside of work you'll find him playing Padel, travelling to new places and spending time with family and friends.
Charlie Hill
Co-Founder
Charlie has over five years of experience in the property and building industry, specialising in commercial, residential, land and development projects across London and the Home Counties — rising quickly from junior sales negotiator to senior valuer and investment advisor.
Based in Essex and highly active in North and East London, Charlie has successfully handled hundreds of transactions, leveraging his dynamic approach, extensive client network and a background in business management earned in the US on a soccer scholarship.
Outside of work, Charlie enjoys playing football, running, travelling and spending quality time with family and friends.
