Adam has over a decade of experience across the UK property market working his way up from a Trainee Negotiator to Director of business development across land, residential, commercial, agency and development negotiating over £100 million of sales and rentals throughout his career.
He has previous experience partnering with Savills, CBRE, Colliers, JLL, Strettons, Allsop, Avison Young and many others over his time and developing a wide network of vendors and investors.
Adam is a big lover of Tottenham, although originally from Essex he is now based in North West London where outside of work you will find him playing Padel, spending time with family & friends and travelling to new places.
With over five years of experience in the property and building industry, Charlie specialises in commercial, residential, land and development projects.
Rising quickly from junior sales negotiator to senior valuer and investment advisor, he has successfully handled hundreds of transactions across London, leveraging his dynamic approach and extensive client network.
Based in Essex and highly active in North and East London, Charlie combines his passion for property with a background in business management, earned in the US on a soccer scholarship.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing football, running, travelling and quality time with family and friends.
